🌼 Introducing the “Monk’s Bloom” – A Wild Norfolk Summer in a Glass 🌼

There’s something quietly magical about Norfolk in summer – the scent of wildflowers, the hum of bees, the golden evening light. We’ve captured that feeling in a glass.

Introducing the “Monk’s Bloom”, our brand-new mixed drink now served at Blackfriars Tavern.

It’s a gentle, floral union of Norfolk Amber Wildflower Mead – a sulphite-free, small-batch mead fermented from local honey – and Bottlegreen Elderflower Presse, with its clean, sparkling lift of hedgerow blossom. The result is refreshingly light, lightly boozy (thanks to the mead’s 14% strength), and surprisingly sophisticated. Think of it as a medieval spritz with a modern twist.

Best enjoyed slowly, in good company, with the occasional birdsong in the background.

No gimmicks. Just proper flavour.

🧡 Available now, exclusively at Blackfriars Tavern.
