Chapeau Plum is a plum-flavoured lambic beer from Brewery De Troch. Specialising in lambic beers, Brewery De Troch has been brewing in Wambeek, located in the countryside around Brussels, since the 19th century. Brewed with Mirabelle plum juice, this lambic beer is fruity, with a tart finish. Pouring a hazy golden colour, Chapeau Plum offers up aromas of plum, apricot and a little cherry. The flavour is funky, with a fruity sweetness and a slightly tart finish.
