Specialising in lambic beers, Brewery De Troch has been brewing in Wambeek, located in the countryside around Brussels, since the 19th century. Brewed using natural peach juice, Chapeau Peach is sweet and aromatic with a sweet and sour peach flavour. Pouring a pale yellow colour, Chapeau Peach offers up aromas of peach and apricots. The flavour is sweet, with distinct peach flavours cutting through the sourness from the lambic.
