Chapeau Lemon is a lemon-flavoured lambic beer from Brewery De Troch. Specialising in lambic beers, Brewery De Troch has been brewing in Wambeek, located in the countryside around Brussels, since the 19th century. Brewed with natural lemon juice, this lambic ale is tart and fruity, with a citrusy zing. Pouring a hazy lemon-yellow colour, Chapeau Lemon offers up aromas of cider apples, candied lemon and Belgian yeast aromas. The flavour is sour, with a hint of sweetness and citrus flavours.
